**Job Title: Journeyman Electrician** Job Description As a Journeyman Electrician, you will perform electrical testing and troubleshooting on HVAC systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. You will inspect and maintain electrical components, including motors, control panels, sensors, and wiring, while diagnosing and repairing complex electrical problems using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and PLC programming. Responsibilities + Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement energy-efficient HVAC control strategies. + Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. + Document maintenance and repair activities accurately for record-keeping purposes. + Train and mentor junior technicians in electrical testing procedures and safety protocols. + Respond to emergency service calls to address critical electrical issues in a timely manner. Essential Skills + Proficiency in electrical testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC systems. + Knowledge of PLC systems, electrical components, and safety protocols. + Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently to identify and resolve electrical issues. + Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Electrical Technician or a related role. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in HVAC, Manufacturing, and PLC systems. + Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Oil and Gas sectors is acceptable. + Open to Journeymen from other countries. + Experience with network and communication protocols.
