**Job Title: Journeyman Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are looking for skilled Journeyman Electricians for various jobsites around Minnesota. The ideal candidate should have commercial electrical experience, though those with residential experience for apartment complexes are also welcome. The projects include new builds, remodels, and retrofitting, involving either 480 volt or 208 volt systems. Candidates must be proficient in bending conduit (EMT). Project durations range from 2 months to 3 years, with the opportunity to move to other jobsites upon completion.
**Responsibilities**
+ Interpret construction documents, specifications, and verbal instructions for electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
+ Set switchgear, panels, and other distribution equipment.
+ Measure, cut, and bend conduit.
+ Trace out short circuits in wiring and troubleshoot other electrical issues.
+ Make minor electrical repairs.
+ Work closely with Apprentice and Master Electricians, supervisors, and Project Managers.
+ Lead apprentices for learning and development.
+ Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with efficient communication.
+ Manage project files, drawings, documents, and records in our system.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Valid MN Driver's License
+ Willingness to travel extensively to/from regional area job sites
+ Class A MN Journeyman or Master Electrician License
+ Attend continuing education for the position
+ Competent in email and Project Management platforms such as Procore
+ Ability to work in restricted areas and possible at heights
+ Ability to work on tight deadlines under pressure
+ Self-starter and team player
+ Mentor and educate Apprentice Electricians
+ Ability to work in all elements depending on job location and time of year
+ Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 lbs
+ Capable of manually digging and back-filling holes and trenches
+ Track record of running successful jobs, neat piping and workmanship, OSHA 10 or 30 certified
+ Good communicator, self-sufficient, reliable attendance and performance
+ Professional image, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to run jobs and teach others

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $100000.00/yr.

**Workplace Type**
