Your role of Wholesale & International Manager sits within our friendly and creative Wholesale department. 

What to expect on a day to day basis:

You can expect to be using your strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to build and grow relationships with all key stakeholders, clients and partners.   Managing seasonal budgets, authorising payments and control costs. Stock forecasting for new and existing business with support and guidance of the Merchandising team. Pivoting to meet changing business needs, solving problems and making decisions under pressure. Utilising your understanding of wholesale market dynamics, including pricing, discounts and credit terms. Leaning into your International Sales experience & territory knowledge and previous strong contacts and known brand adjacencies (UK & International) to build comprehensive seasonal strategy alongside the broader business direction. Management & leadership of a broad team (including Sales & Operations) of vibrant and driven colleagues.  Cross collaborative working with opportunity to deputise for Head of Partnerships in their absence.

From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have:

Understanding of UK & international logistics, customs procedures and supply chain management. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Google Suite  and awareness of other industry-specific systems. Fluency in English and potentially other relevant languages for international markets (desired, not required). Preferable previous experience within a Lifestyle Brand. You must be a team player and enjoy working within a cross collaborative environment. Being resourceful and adaptable are essential. Self-motivation and the ability to manage priorities. Good planning, organisation and problem solving skills  Excellent verbal and written communication. Management experience is essential for this role. 

 

Where will you be working?

This is a full time, on-site role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. 

We value your dedication and understand the importance of balance. This role is office based and typically requires 5 days a week working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together. We do offer discretionary flexibility to support your needs and help you navigate life's demands as and when your work allows.
