The role of Merchandiser sits in our Menswear division where you will support the Merchandising team to land the range strategy, in line with the planning of the Business/Trading teams.
About You:

From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you have:
Experience as a Merchandiser in a fashion business. Or as an experienced Assistant Merchandiser who has the drive and ambition to step into a more senior role. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills. High standard of commercial acumen and analytical skills with an ability to interpret facts and figures to identify risks and opportunities. Excellent planning and organisation skills with a high level of attention to detail alongside ability to plan and prioritise your own and team’s workload effectively. Able to adapt, at speed were needed, to the needs of the business and the customer. Will have a proactive approach and is able to show initiative to seize opportunities, achieving better results for business benefit.
Where will you be working?
This is a full time, onsite role based at ‘The Barn’ - this is Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
We value your dedication and understand the importance of balance. This role is office based and typically requires 5 days a week working onsite, as we believe this is where we make the best decisions together. We do offer discretionary flexibility to support your needs and help you navigate life's demands as and when your work allows.
