Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries, serving the entire energy value chain and the industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

As a Joint Venture General Manager, you will be responsible for:

Advising management in the function and/or in the business.Supporting in decision making about important subjects.Presenting to leaders in the business solutions or functional area on functional discipline and business solutions.Working with cross functional teams.Handling communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Skilled influencer, able to communicate complex messages to others.Managing a large team with multiple layers and different disciplines.Supporting all critical processes for the portfolio ensuring rigor, timing and financial deliverables.Driving portfolio growth and identifying execution strategies through partnering with sales leaders while ensuring a profitable and long-term growth.Managing customer satisfaction and the implementation of customer value initiatives.Ensuring processes and policies are compliant within the country on all business aspects.Interaction with the BoD and shareholdersAssuring processes that will maximize, safety, quality and productivityProvide motivation and strong leadership to personnel, promoting an inclusive and proactive culture and a safe work environment.Hire, train, manage and evaluate an effective workforce, delegate and monitor work activities for a productive operation.Build strong relationship with the typical collaboration partners (HSE, HR, Finance, Global Operation COE (Quality, Technical Service, Master Planning), Commercial, Service Regional OTR, Product Leadership, FSE org, Logistic, MFG, Sourcing).Handles very complex project processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production.Handles important business unit clients. Engages in complex long-term processes with important clients.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Minimum of 15 additional years of experience in Portfolio Management and global operations.Experience in Leading a services organization.Experience in gas technology services and rotating equipment.Fluent in Arabic, French is a plus.
