Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Joint Use Coordinator based in Maitland, FL. This individual will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints, as well as compiling detailed reports on those issues for both internal teams and external partners.
This role involves a blend of office work and field visits, so candidates must be comfortable splitting their time between the office and various customer sites. The coordinator will gather information, investigate inquiries, and create clear, accurate reports to support timely resolution.

Computer literacy
