Key Responsibilities: + Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with behavioral or learning challenges. + Assist the classroom teacher in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). + Support students in developing positive behaviors and social skills. + Monitor and document student progress and behavior. + Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. ??
