About the Role
As a Financial Services Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping our Members achieve their financial goals. You’ll provide tailored advice and promote Meridian’s full suite of products and services while building strong, lasting relationships.

3+ years of experience in financial services with a strong sales track record Post-secondary education Strong communication, time management, and tech skills Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, Sat 8am–4pm) A passion for helping others and a desire to grow your careerWhere You’ll Work
This hybrid role is based at 531 Lake St, St. Catharines, ON, with the flexibility to work from your home office (within Ontario).

Salary Range: CAD $58,000 – $62,000 annually
Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range. Your recruiter will share more information about our total rewards package during the hiring process.
