Job Developer - Milwaukee, WI

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.

- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.

- Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.

- Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.

- Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.

- Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement - operational policy changes.

- Stay updated on project details and changes.

- Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.

- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.

- Assist participants in finding suitable job opportunities that match their skills and career goals

- Match participants with job openings based on their skills, interests, and career goals

- Conduct workshops and training sessions on job search techniques, workplace skills, and other relevant topics

- Provide ongoing support to both participants and employers to ensure successful job placements and retention

- Work closely with case managers and other program staff to coordinate services and support for participants

- Collaborate with community organizations, workforce development boards, and other stakeholders to enhance employment opportunities

- Maintain accurate records of job placements, employer interactions, and participant progress

- Address any issues or challenges that arise during the job placement process

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must live in or near Milwaukee, WI

- Must work onsite in Milwaukee, WI

- Must have reliable transportation for local travel

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

- Case management experience is highly preferred

- Experience with the Wisconsin Works W2 program is highly preferred
