Work Schedule: Various schedules available including full time, part time and relief. Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm\n

A Day in the Life of a Job Coach: \n

In this vital role, you will support participants in successfully preparing for and\/or maintain competitive community integrated employment.\n\nWork with participants to develop work habits like punctuality, hygiene, productivity, etc. that are necessary to obtain and maintain employment \nModels appropriate work behavior\nTransports participants to and from work sites \nProvides accurate information to the Program Supervisor and Case Manager about the participants progress \nMay perform job tasks along with participants \nUses resources to assist participants with employment\/job exploration and discovery \nCompletes documentation as needed\n\n

Who We are Looking For:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nExcellent communication skills\nOne year of work experience working with individuals with developmental\/intellectual disabilities and\/or in a vocational rehabilitation setting preferred. \nMust possess a valid NYS Driver's License that meets agency driver standards.\n\n
