Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Planning & Acquisition

• Develop vertical-specific talent mapping strategies aligned with business objectives to address critical hiring needs

• Create dynamic talent assessment models that translate emerging technology trends into quantifiable competency frameworks

• Design differentiated talent acquisition campaigns, leveraging precision channel strategies to engage high-value candidate pools

2. Talent Engagement & Employer Branding Promotion

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry experts, ensuring regular engagement with target talents for demand insights

• Design and execute employer branding activities to attract target candidates

3. Talent Supply Chain Innovation

• Implement AI-powered talent pool management systems for tiered candidate segmentation and targeted activation

• Streamline talent operations through SOP optimization and data dashboards, operation excellence improvement

Qualifications:

• Strategic foresight to anticipate talent demands in fields like AI, Automotive and Automation industry

• Fluency in data storytelling with advanced proficiency in datadashboard

•Conceptual thinking, problem solving and consultancy

•Good at communication and resource integration, confident to do eye-to-eye level dialogue with stakeholders

•Highteam spirit with strong collaboration & influencing
