Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.Identifying pain points and inefficiencies in current marketing, sales, engineering, logistics, and development processes, and translating them into AI-enabled optimization opportunities.

2.Designing and prototyping Generative AI use cases, such as document understanding, requirement analysis, and knowledge retrieval.

3.Developing and orchestrating Agentic Agents that can autonomously or semi-autonomously support workflows (e.g. analysis, validation, reporting, decision support).

4.Integrating AI agents with existing tools, data sources, and platforms used in chassis and braking development.

5.Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Logistic, quality, IT, and business teams to validate, scale, and industrialize AI-driven process improvements.

岗位职责:

1.识别当前市场、销售、工程、物流及研发流程中的痛点与低效环节,并将其转化为可借助人工智能技术实现的优化机遇。

2.设计生成式人工智能应用场景并完成原型开发,例如文档解析、需求分析及知识检索等场景。

3.开发并编排智能体,使其能够自主或半自主地支持各类工作流(如分析、验证、报告生成、决策支持等)。

4.将人工智能智能体与底盘及制动研发领域所使用的现有工具、数据源及平台进行集成。

5.与市场、销售、研发、物流、质量、信息技术及业务团队协作,对人工智能驱动的流程优化方案进行验证、规模化推广及产业化落地。

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automotive Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.

2.2–3 years' experience in AI, software development, digitalization, or process automation projects.

3. Technical Skills:

-Solid programming skills in Python; experience with scripting or automation tools.

-Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents).

-Experience or strong interest in building AI-enabled applications or workflow automation.

-Familiarity with data processing, APIs, or system integration is a plus.

-Knowledge of automotive engineering processes or embedded software development is an advantage, but not mandatory.

4. Mindset & Capabilities

-Strong curiosity about applying AI to real-world engineering problems.

-Ability to think in terms of processes, workflows, and system optimization.

-Willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn across disciplines.

-Excellent communication skills in cross-functional and international environments.

任职要求:

1.硕士及以上学历,计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、汽车工程、软件工程或相关专业。博士学历优先。

2.具备 2–3 年生成式人工智能、软件开发、数字化或流程自动化项目经验。

3.技术能力:

-扎实的 Python 编程能力,具备脚本开发或自动化工具使用经验。

-基本掌握生成式人工智能相关概念(如大语言模型、提示工程、检索增强生成、人工智能智能体)。

-具备构建人工智能赋能应用或工作流自动化的经验,或对此抱有浓厚兴趣。

-熟悉数据处理、应用程序编程接口或系统集成者优先考虑。

-了解汽车工程流程或嵌入式软件开发将为加分项,非硬性要求。

4.思维与综合能力:

-对人工智能落地解决实际工程问题抱有强烈探索欲。

-具备流程、工作流及系统优化思维。

-乐于开展跨学科的试验、迭代与学习。

-在跨职能、国际化协作场景下具备出色的沟通能力。

With increasing system complexity and shorter development cycles, chassis and braking product development relies heavily on cross-functional collaboration, standardized processes, and large volumes of engineering data. Generative AI and agent-based automation technologies create new opportunities to significantly improve engineering efficiency, knowledge reuse, and decision quality across the product lifecycle — from requirements engineering and software development to testing, diagnostics, and quality management. Bosch Vehicle Motion is actively exploring how Generative AI and Agentic Agents can be applied to optimize existing processes and enable new ways of working.
