Job Description

Responsibilities：

1.Lead AI-enabled manufacturing projects such as predictive maintenance, intelligent quality inspection, production planning, and process optimization.

2.Collect, clean, and analyze data from MES systems, equipment, sensors, and industrial data platforms.

3.Translate operational challenges into digital and AI solutions.

4.Support development and deployment of digital products (AI models, decision-support tools) in plant environments.

5.Collaborate with data scientists, automation engineers, and operations teams to ensure scalability and impact.

6.Rotate across plants and digital functions to gain an end-to-end understanding of smart factory operations.

岗位职责：

1.主导人工智能赋能的制造项目，包括预测性维护、智能质量检测、生产计划制定及流程优化等方向。

2.收集、清洗并分析来自制造执行系统（MES）、生产设备、传感器及工业数据平台的数据。

3.将运营过程中的业务痛点转化为数字化及人工智能解决方案。

4.支持数字化产品（人工智能模型、决策支持工具等）在工厂场景的开发与落地部署。

5.与数据科学家、自动化工程师及运营团队协同合作，确保方案的可扩展性与实际业务价值。

6.在各工厂及数字化职能部门间轮岗，建立对智能工厂运营全流程的端到端认知。

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1.Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

2.Skills & Interests:

-Strong interest in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation in manufacturing.

-Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, anomaly detection, optimization).

-Hands-on experience or coursework in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools; familiarity with AI frameworks.

-Knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES, automation, sensors, industrial data).

3.Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, business understanding, communication skills, adaptability.

4.Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese.

5.Experience: 0–2 years (internship or project experience in AI/data science is a strong plus).

1.计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、自动化、工业工程或相关专业，硕士及以上学历。

2.技能与兴趣：

-对人工智能、数据分析及制造业数字化转型抱有浓厚兴趣。

-具备人工智能 / 机器学习基础概念认知（如监督学习、异常检测、算法优化）。

-拥有 Python、SQL 及数据分析工具的实操经验或相关课程学习经历，熟悉主流人工智能框架。

-了解制造执行系统（MES）、自动化设备、传感器及工业数据相关知识。

3.软技能：具备分析思维、问题解决能力、业务理解力、沟通能力及适应性。

4.语言能力：中英文流利。

5.工作经验：0-2 年工作经验（拥有人工智能 / 数据科学相关实习或项目经验者优先考虑）。
