Education: MS/PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.Experience & Skills:5+ years in AI/ML R&D and practical application.3+ years leading AI technical teams (algorithm/engineering/applied).Required AI Expertise: Mastery of ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and NLP； Proven success deploying complex AI solutions at scale.Software Engineering Aptitude: Familiarity with SDLC and modern practices (Agile/DevOps/CI-CD)； Ability to rapidly grasp software engineering challenges (Deep SWE experience is a plus, not required).Proficiency in programming languages (Python essential) and cloud platforms.Strong system architecture design skills.Soft Skills: Technical judgment, leadership, cross-functional collaboration, strategic communication, results-driven mindset.Preferred Qualifications:
