The JLL Onboarding Senior Compliance Analyst is a viable member of the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) People Management Program team. The role works closely with the GREF Technical Onboards Program and will be responsible for maintaining consistent communication and partnership with JLL HR, Sourcing team and various Facilities Management staff members who work with 3rd party vendors onsite to ensure data for People Technology is accurate and complete. Day to day management of programs associated with GREF resources, including client (Amazon) hiring processes and JLL technical onboarding and offboarding. This person will act as a connector to the client (Amazon), JLL Technical on-boarding team, and JLL 3rd party and managed vendors to ensure compliance with client requirements.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Collects and aggregates changes from all 3rd party vendors by working with Facilities Management team to send to the GREF Technical Onboarding Program, part of the overall GREF People Management team, to audit and confirm access within badging, VPN, and other various Amazon and JLL database programs.Manages list of JLL Contingent Worker (CWR) stakeholders (e.g., JLL management, JLL 3rd party and managed vendors) that require on or off-boarding. Participate in regular meetings and sends communications with client point of contacts and contingent worker stakeholders, assessing and addressing issues to ensure compliance with technical on-boarding to client systems ensuring 100% response rate from contingent worker stakeholders.Oversight of JLL CWR stakeholder VPN users.Manages and coordinates regular VPN renewal cycles globally & executes regular VPN access audits.Manages and maintains global Amazon @ GREF JLL CWR stakeholder vendor set up/agency code set-up in Amazon database while executing regular audits as it relates to on- and offboarding.Manages the GREF contingent badging process for JLL and oversees JLL CWR Stakeholders according to the policy defined by the Contingent Work Force (CWR) program/Amazon badging.Tracks the completion of badging requirements (such as background checks & confidentiality agreements).Governs the offboarding process for Amazon @ GREF resources for JLL.This includes asset/equipment tracking, performing badge audits, etc.Building and maintaining a partnership with Amazon Contingent Workforce Compliance (CWC) team to ensure regular exchange of any upcoming changes/policies.Preferred experience/technical skills:
Proficient with data & technical tools (Salesforce, etc.)Proven track record of interaction with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization and establishing effective relationshipsStrong organization skills and capacity to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment.Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably within business management, or equivalent years of experienceVendor managementExceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills when interacting with all levels of management within the team.Advanced auditing & analytical skills with experience organizing, analysing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy.Auditing experience with proven record of systematic examination of information to determine the adequacy of policies, procedures, practices, and compliance.Location:
