Those in integration architecture at PwC will focus on designing and implementing seamless integration solutions to connect various organisational systems and applications. Your work will involve creating robust architectures that enable efficient data flow and enhance overall business processes.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 2 years of hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence (Cloud or on-premise).

· Experience with Jira configuration, customization, and workflows.

· Familiarity with Jira REST APIs, Jira Automation, and scripting (Groovy or similar) is a plus.

· Basic knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices are desirable.

· Exposure to version control systems such as Git is a plus.

· Agile & DevOps Practices: Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.

· Reporting & Analytics: Strong skills with JQL, custom reports, dashboards, and metrics for management visibility.

· Testing & Documentation: Ability to perform system testing, document configurations, and share best practices.

Certification Preferred:

· Atlassian Certified Jira Project Administrator

· Atlassian Certified Jira Administration (Cloud or Data Center)

· Agile or DevOps-related certifications
