Skills and Requirements -Must be able to configure, maintain, and customize Jira Software/Confluence to support Agile teams, programs, and portfolio-level initiatives. -Must be able to design and manage workflows, custom fields, dashboards, filters, boards, and automation rules. -Must be able to support integrations with CI/CD pipelines, reporting tools, and third-party plugins. -Must be able to ensure Jira data integrity and provide governance on usage standards across teams. -Must be able to partner with leadership to generate reporting/metrics for throughput, velocity, burndown, and Agile maturity tracking. tlassian certifications (ACP-610, ACP-620, or similar). SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or Agile Coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF). Experience working in scaled Agile environments and across distributed teams.
