This role involves governance of product delivery tools, analyzing performance data, and delivering insights to Agile teams and leadership. It requires cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and proactive problem-solving to ensure efficient and transparent Agile delivery.

Experience:

10+ years in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance

5+ years working in an Agile environment

5+ years in technology project management

5+ years in a management or leadership role

2+ years with Agile methodologies (or 6+ years without a degree)

4+ years (preferred) hands-on with Agile tools and practices (Scrum required)

Mandatory Skills:

Strong experience in Jira administration and Agile governance

Proficient in Agile principles and Scrum methodologies

Experience in data mining, scripting, APIs, and SQL

Knowledge of data visualization tools and Agile reporting

Ability to identify dependencies, manage risks, and communicate mitigation plans

Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Dev Teams, Architects, and Client Management

Experience supporting tools like LeanKit, Code Climate Velocity (preferred)

Strong problem-solving and mentoring capabilities

Experience working with stakeholders to balance technical and business priorities

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience with Agile delivery optimization tools

Exposure to software architecture and continuous improvement frameworks

Familiarity with finance-related reporting for Agile operations
