Se encarga de supervisar las operaciones para eliminar actividades peligrosas. Además desarrollarás normativas para fomentar la concienciación de salud y seguridad laboral, debe tener un buen conocimiento de las normativas de salud del país y seguridad laboral. El absoluto de seguridad es parte fundamental de Otis, por lo que la seguridad de nuestros empelados es clave en el desarrollo del negocio.
En un día normal tendrás que:
Elaborar el plan anual de seguridad
Realizar el plan de capacitación EH&S.
Crear el material electrónico para la difusión masiva del plan de seguridad.
Liderar implementación y cumplimiento del PESV.
Elaborar el presupuesto anual de EH&S
Liderar integralmente el SG-SST
Coordinar comités (COPASST, Comité de Convivencia, Brigadas)
Realizar y verificar los reportes corporativos de EH&S
Actualizar mensualmente los WWJSSS (World Wide Job Site Safety Standards) y llevar a cabo su difusión para las áreas operativas (cuando afecte directa o indirectamente al área operativa).
Realizar investigaciones de accidentes en la operación local.
Establecer controles para el cumplimiento de todas las prácticas estandar.
Cumplir con los roles responsables establecidos en la práctica estandar
Liderar y Coordinar la implementación de los lineamientos corporativos de Otis con la gestión en Seguridad, salud y medio ambiente
Mantener la relación de trabajo con la mutualidad respectiva e implementar los protocolos del país.

Profesional en SST o profesional con posgrado en SST.
Licencia de salud ocupacional vigente (Obligatoria).
Experto en Prevención de Riesgos
Más de 3 años en posición similar, en empresas nacionales o multinacionales
Conocimientos sólidos en seguridad y leyes locales
Administración de procesos industriales
Conocimiento de gestión medio ambiental
Inglés intermedio
