Otis está creciendo y busca un Jefe de EHS que se encargue de Liderar el departamento de EH&S y SGSST en Colombia **En un día normal tendrás que:** Serás el representante del SG-SST Administrar, ejecutar, implementar el SG-SST y Sistema de Seguridad Otis Garantizar el cumplimiento de indicadores corporativos y del SG-SST Manejo de personal In House y SST de campo Apoyo a respuestas y auditorias solicitadas por clientes Desarrollar planes de acción y de mejora para cumplimiento de estándares mínimos para futuros contratos. Soportar todo el SG-SST para futuras licitaciones Respaldo de plan anual Visita a sucursales para auditorías internas de la organización. Dirigir auditoria FFA interna para Colombia Implementar planes de acción para cierres de hallazgos **¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!** + **Formación:** Administrador, Ingeniero ó Profesional en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo, Ingenieros en sus distintas áreas con especialización en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo + **Experiencia:** Experiencia laboral mínima de tres (3) años en funciones de implementación de Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, y Sistemas Integrados, o en cargos similares. + **Formación deseable:** Especialista en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, Auditor interno en nomas ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 e ISO 45001:2015.
