Role Purpose:

Seeking a highly skilled professional with working knowledge of the JEE platforms. Extensive knowledge on design, database and cloud platforms is a plus. Able to assist clients in implementing and maximizing the potential of the software / solutions to meet their specific business needs.

Main Activities

This role requires the candidate to be able to Analyze client process and to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities for automation and improvements in process / workflow.

Define project scope, and design optimal workflow solutions.

Present technical solutions to stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in clear, understandable terms.

Support business stakeholders in more than one time zones and, to work closely with internal US business partners, to provide face-to-face troubleshooting support if something breaks.

Maintain business continuity and to provide confidentiality of information.

Assess and articulate the impact of a change/incident of the Service/System.
