About the role, You will be a key member of a core development group responsible for cutting-edge software solutions used internally by technology teams across the organization. You will be working to build and support a next-generation, Java-based framework used to expedite and standardize the development of applications and data processing solutions by our partner technology teams.

Responsibilities
Interfacing with other technical teams to determine requirements or troubleshoot issues.
Contributing to the design of complex system components.
Collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Making complex enhancements, improvements, or bug fixes.
Researching solutions, particularly involving 3rd party or cloud interfaces.
Implementing best practices in development processes, coding, and code reviews.
Requirements
Expertise in core Java development (version 17 and up).
Knowledge of object-oriented design and architectural principles
Ability to identify, research, and coordinate the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot complex project issues and find effective, strategic solutions.
Skills in data manipulation and data analysis.
Experience working with git.
Experience with agile and test-driven development.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and cope with change.
