Stock Plan Services focuses on supporting equity compensation for our B2B clients. We have multiple applications that support this effort, and our mission is to launch a consolidated platform of microsites to combine these segregated applications into a holistic user experience. Position Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of cross-functional, multi-platform application systemsTake a Lead role coaching a scrum team in JAVA and Cloud Development platforms that includes frontend and backend technologies like Spring-boot, PCF and moreEnsure deliverable meets the standards with respect to code quality, unit test cases, and best coding practices for all code implementationsPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersLead development on Proof-of-Concept projects to help create reusable patterns for developmentParticipate in various agile ceremonies and appropriately lead technology solutioning across a large team spacePrepare high level design, system design document, architecture document or similar documentation and securing approvals from architect teamAbility to lead and guide the team as well as coordinate with the offshore development team and testerBe a security champion for the team by evaluating, guiding, and resolving vulnerability free code, eliminating security gaps, and ensuring reusability, flexibility, and performanceWrite unit test cases for all code implementationsCreating Bamboo pipelines for CI/CD into PCF environments Follow all guidelines for best development practicesParticipate in all agile ceremonies and help leadership teamWhat you have

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in computer science or related subject7+ years experience with developing Java, Spring-Boot, Spring Framework, Cloud based development, Rest and micro services and micro-UI developmentExperience coaching junior, staff level developersStrong expertise in system design from mid-scale to enterprise application designStrong ability to take proposed architecture and/or leadership goals and translate them into detailed technical design documents and lay out the solution roadmap for the engineering teamsExperience in the full SDLC including deliveryStrong ability to Design for functional and non-functional qualities, including availability, resiliency, security, and performance3+ years experience with Atlassian tool suites Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA, ConfluenceExperience using IDE and GIT repositories for code managementStrong analytical, communication and problem resolution skills

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
