Responsibilities: * Design and develop high-performance systems including APIs, event-driven architectures, and data feeds * Build scalable and critical card technology systems supporting debit and credit card programs * Enhance customer service capabilities across live channels and digital platforms (web and mobile) * Optimize vendor partnership structures through robust engineering solutions * Apply a strong product mindset using customer and market feedback to guide development * Rapidly prototype and ship solutions based on real-life feedback * Use CI/CD tools and practices to deploy changes efficiently and safely (e.g., A/B testing, blue-green deployments, feature toggles) * Architect complex solutions for high-scale data processing platforms * Mentor and guide team members on design and technology decisions * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver next-gen ecosystems * Evaluate emerging technologies for business value and feasibility * Develop and consume API services using modern frameworks and open-source technologies * Lead and participate in technical discussions with strong communication and collaboration skills
