Major Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive translation services for documents, materials, and client inquiries in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese. Assist the Japan Business Services (JBS) team in business development initiatives and events, including seminars and webinars for clients, by translating and preparing relevant materials, as well as coordinating logistical arrangements. Address and manage client inquiries effectively. Facilitate collaboration and communication between internal EY teams and clients. Support the JBS team with various administrative tasks as needed, including booking meeting rooms, arranging transportation, and making restaurant reservations.

 

Requirements:

Proficiency in business English, Japanese. Majored in Japanese Language, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Tax, Marketing or any business related major. Knowledge of target industries, regulatory environment, issues, initiatives and practices is a strong plus Integrity in a professional environment.
