Job details We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that work areas, restrooms, and common spaces are clean, orderly, and safe. This position is essential to providing a clean and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities: ... Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in hallways, offices, restrooms, and other assigned areas
Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, toilets, and replenish supplies such as soap and paper products
Empty trash cans and recycling bins; dispose of waste properly
Dust and wipe down surfaces including desks, windowsills, and fixtures
Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when inventory is low

Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues (e.g., broken fixtures, spills, etc.)
Follow all health and safety regulations, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals
Lock and unlock doors, secure buildings, and follow any specific site protocols
Assist with setup and breakdown of rooms for meetings or events, as needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous janitorial or custodial experience (minimum 6 months)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
Basic understanding of cleaning supplies, equipment, and safety procedures
