The Budd Group is seeking 2nd and 3rd shift Janitorial Team Leads for a facility in the DOWNTOWN area of Charleston.

 

As a Janitorial Team Lead, you will:

Lead and supervise a Team of custodial staff Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and shift coverage Conducting walkthroughs and inspections to ensure quality standards This is a WORKING SUPERVISOR role. Will be hands on at times performing cleaning duties. That includes: trash removal, dusting, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and more Communicating effectively with the Account Manager and Team. Foster a positive, team oriented work environment
