Your Responsibilities

Lead Your Team: Supervise, train, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.

Master Industrial Cleaning: Take charge of all cleaning duties, including using and training others on industrial equipment like floor scrubbers.

Champion Safety: Enforce plant safety protocols, including Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, to keep everyone safe.

Manage Supplies & Equipment: Keep our operations running smoothly by managing inventory and maintaining equipment.

 

What You'll Bring

Proven Experience: A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or heavy commercial setting is a must. This experience must be on your resume!

Hands-On Skills: You're comfortable operating and training others on industrial cleaning equipment.

Physical Stamina: You can consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Safety Mindset: A strong working knowledge of industrial safety protocols is a big plus.

Team Work: Our supervisors work well WITH the team.
