Pay: $19\hr

Schedule: Mon- Fri | 7am-4pm

Rotating Weekends as needed depending on operational needs. Flexibility required.

Location:  Hampton, VA

Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs 1-3 years of janitorial experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred Valid Driver's License  Experience with Team Task software is a plus Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position may include any or all of the following duties (other duties may be assigned):

Supervise and manage janitorial staff to ensure work is completed effectively and on schedule Coordinate with team members to complete special cleaning tasks as required Assist the Manager in ensuring that buildings are cleaned according to established scope and standards Perform general cleaning duties, including but not limited to: Trash removal Dusting and wiping surfaces Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Vacuuming and sweeping common areas Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and policies Preferred Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
