The Budd Group is seeking Janitorial Operations Managers to join our team. In this role, you'll be directly responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining accounts, and fostering strong employee relations. Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight: Control janitorial expenses and review job costs to ensure budget compliance.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are delivered with the highest quality standards.

Operational Management: Plan, organize, and supervise janitorial functions across all shifts. Establish work processes and standards, conduct regular site audits, and manage equipment and inventory.

Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate your team. You'll be responsible for scheduling personnel, conducting training and orientation for supervisors and staff, and ensuring everyone follows safety and company procedures.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service. You'll troubleshoot problems, address concerns, and identify opportunities to expand our relationship with the client.

HR and Administrative Duties: Maintain employee records, manage staffing, and ensure all environmental procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Position Qualifications

Education: An Associate's degree or higher is required, with a BA/BS being preferred.

Experience: You must have a minimum of 2-5 years of management experience, with a background in creating and forecasting productivity, staffing, and budget plans.

Skills: A strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications is a must. You should have excellent people skills, a passion for both customers and employees, and demonstrated leadership abilities. You must also be committed to client satisfaction and have a solid understanding of human resource policies.
