Are you passionate about client - employee relations? We are seeking a JANITORIAL MANGER - TRAINEES in the Lowcountry to oversee janitorial operations for our schools.

⭐This role offers the opportunity to train and grow into a Manager role. If you have strong supervisory experience and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply!

⭐This position requires a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Hours are typically 40 hours a week, with evenings/weekends based upon special events and projects.

⭐Pay Range - Starting at $24.00/hr 

What is a Janitorial Manager Trainee?

Training new hires and making sure they understand their new roles Oversee and troubleshoot employee related issues Provide excellent customer service Making sure the scope of work is being adhered to per the contract Develop and implement effective workflow processes and standards Foster strong client relationships and seek opportunities for expansion Provide leadership in staffing plans, training, safety and employee development All Janitorial Manager - Trainees are required to clean buildings

What We Need!

Desire to learn and grow in an expanding market Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Basic knowledge of Human Resource policies Strong communication and leadership skills 2-3 years in a Supervisor role
