... We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual who can handle a variety of tasks, from routine cleaning to minor repairs. Your ability to troubleshoot and fix common issues will be a huge asset to our organization.
Responsibilities:
Performing daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
Maintaining and restocking supplies in restrooms and common areas
Handling minor plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains)
Performing basic electrical tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs and ballasts)
Conducting general carpentry and repair work (e.g., patching drywall, painting, repairing furniture)
Performing routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Assisting with groundskeeping tasks, like light snow removal or debris cleanup, as needed
Responding to and resolving maintenance requests in a timely manner
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
