Janitorial Account Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring client satisfaction and strong employee relations. This is a critical leadership position for someone who is a great problem-solver, highly organized, and an excellent communicator.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Later hours or weekends may be required as needed to address account issues.

What You'll Do

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the janitorial operations for 10 schools within a 20-mile radius. A company vehicle, phone, and laptop will be provided to help you manage your accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Client Relations: Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and retention by regularly communicating with customers and addressing their needs.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop a team of 10 supervisors and 50 employees. This includes scheduling, setting work standards, and ensuring a positive and safe working environment.

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including work scheduling, site evaluations, inventory control, and budget management to ensure services are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality.

Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring all janitorial services are provided in a cost-effective manner while meeting all company and client standards.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial management and a passion for leading people and serving clients.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's degree or higher. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

2-5 years of management experience, ideally in a janitorial or similar service-based industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
