**Job Title: Janitorial Worker** **Job Description** The Janitorial Worker will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in office spaces, common areas, and other building areas. This role includes preparing apartment and condo buildings for new tenants by ensuring all spaces are cleaned and ready for occupancy. The worker will also be tasked with the removal of trash and debris. **Responsibilities** + Perform general cleaning of office spaces and common areas. + Prepare apartment and condo buildings for new tenants by cleaning and ensuring readiness. + Remove trash and debris from designated areas. + Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned buildings. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning and janitorial work. + Knowledge of building maintenance procedures. + Attention to detail in cleaning tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in building maintenance is advantageous. + Prior experience in janitorial roles is preferred. **Work Environment** The role involves working in office spaces, cleared-out apartment buildings, and other building areas.
