Job Title: Janitorial WorkerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Worker to perform housekeeping and janitorial duties, ensuring that offices, restrooms, and public areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition. You will work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, with an emphasis on following safety guidelines and procedures.

ResponsibilitiesPerform housekeeping and janitorial duties to maintain offices, restrooms, and public areas in a clean and orderly condition.Remove trash from offices and other work areas.Strip and wax floors, burnish waxed floors, clean and maintain carpeted floors, and scrub ceramic tile floors.Assist other service personnel with minor facility service tasks.Use hand tools effectively.Comply with all company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures.Maintain personal tools required for the job.Perform assigned tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently.Complete accurate and timely administrative duties, including time accounting and work order completion.Essential SkillsExperience in custodial maintenance and housekeeping.Ability to perform general labor and cleaning tasks.High school education or GED equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsSolid work history with a good attendance record.Flexibility to work different jobs and schedules.Ability to lift 50 lbs for up to 20% of the day.Comfortable working at heights.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment involves cleaning various offices and facilities, primarily within the administrative building, but may include other areas as needed. Workers should be prepared to enter a mechanic shop environment and clean garages as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
