**Job Title: Janitorial Worker** Pay: $22/hr to $23/hr Hours:7am to 5pm OR 10am to 8pm Location: East Mesa Job Description The janitorial worker is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the manufacturing facility, including production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces. This role ensures a safe, clean, and organized environment that supports operational efficiency and employee well-being. Responsibilities + Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, and office areas. + Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in production and non-production areas. + Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and replace liners. + Clean windows, walls, and other surfaces as needed. + Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed. + Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and pressure washers. + Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. + Respond to spills and other cleaning emergencies promptly. + Assist with minor maintenance tasks as directed. + Ensure compliance with OSHA and facility-specific sanitation standards. Essential Skills + Experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles, particularly within a manufacturing environment. + Bilingual ability to speak and understand Spanish. + Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and safety protocols around production machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous janitorial or custodial experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. + Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures. + Strong attention to detail and reliability. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
