**Job Title: Facilities Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated janitors to work in a commercial office setting, performing essential janitorial duties throughout the building. **Responsibilities** + Dust and sanitize furniture, walls, ceilings, machines, and equipment. + Clean glass surfaces including windows, partitions, and mirrors using approved cleaning agents and tools. + Wash and reinstall blinds as needed. + Collect and dispose of waste materials in designated receptacles. + Sanitize and restock restrooms to ensure cleanliness and comfort. + Wipe down tables, chairs, and equipment in dining or break areas. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleaning and janitorial duties. + Proficient in housekeeping tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work independently and efficiently in a commercial office setting. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and professional environment where you have the potential to transition from a contract to a permanent role.
