Summary:  Keeps rooms throughout the building and grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties: 

 Key Responsibilities: 

Cleans and polishes building fixtures and trim. 

Keeps grounds free of debris. 

De-ices walkways if needed. 

Keeps parking lot clean and swept of litter and other debris. 

Cleans conference rooms, lab areas, break rooms, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, kitchens, and other work areas. 

Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, vacuums, and polishes floor. 

Dusts furniture and equipment. 

Polishes metalwork. 

Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. 

Washes windows, door panels, and sills. 

Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays. 

Transports trash and waste to disposal area. 

Recycles materials as instructed. 

Replenishes bathroom and break room supplies. 

Follows plant food safety policies and industry best practices. 

 Additional Responsibilities:   

Acquires knowledge of Trident’s Environmental and Safety Policies by completing required training programs and performing designated work activities in accordance with training and procedures/work instructions. 

Notifies designated personnel of any environmental or safety incidents or risks not previously documented, in accordance with Environmental Awareness and/or safety trainings. 

All other duties as assigned.
