Job Summary:
As an Outsourced Family Office Wealth Planner for the Family Wealth Services team, you will deliver customized family office solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will develop comprehensive financial plans, facilitate multigenerational wealth transfer strategies, and maintain strong client relationships. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accuracy and excellence in service delivery. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a commitment to high-touch client service.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather and compile client information to develop comprehensive wealth plansUtilize financial planning software to create detailed financial modelsConduct independent analysis and quality control testing for financial planning outputsLead development, review, and completion of wealth plan summaries and illustrationsPrepare service agreements and manage confidential client informationMaintain metrics to measure outcomes of client engagements and manage the client pipelineDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, accountants, and attorneysServe as main point of contact with wealth partner teams and internal resourcesEnsure effective communication and follow-up with clientsDemonstrate expertise or willingness to gain knowledge in financial software such as eMoney and AddeparPerform independent research to understand financial planning concepts and solutionsRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree and either JD, LLB, CPA or CFPSeries 7 and 66 (may be fulfilled within 4 months of assuming role)Five or more years of practice as a trusts and estates lawyer, tax advisor, or financial plannerExcellent attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skillsSuperior multi-tasking and organizational skillsSelf-starter with natural curiosity for individual planning and peopleStrong team player with a predisposition to service functionAbility to drive business results with broad background in trust and estate planning issuesSelf-motivated individual who can work closely with Advisors without daily contact with a direct managerStrong presentation skillsExperience and ability in understanding clients’ financial situations and personal circumstancesAbility to demonstrate strong partnership skills and to coach colleagues, Financial Advisors, and clientsHigh ethical standards and works in the clients’ best interestPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
