The Acquisitions & Workplace Strategies Team is dedicated to delivering integrated, end-to-end experiences for J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions corporate clients, participants, bankers, and financial advisors.
As Vice President, Journey Lead, you will own and drive the product journey from ideation to launch for the Stock Plan Self-Directed Experience, from translating the strategic vision into actionable business cases and clear problem statements. You will define the operating model supporting the user journey, lead go-to-market execution, and conduct deep analysis of current state and industry trends to influence decisions for the target state. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to optimize processes and outcomes for clients and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Product Strategy & Vision:** Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the Stock Plan Self-Directed Experience, translating business objectives into actionable plans and high-impact solutions.
+ **Journey & Solution Design:** Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end product journeys for Workplace corporate clients and participants, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals.
+ **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Design, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Change Management teams to deliver integrated, best-in-class solutions.
+ **Product Discovery & Analysis:** Conduct deep analysis of current state, industry trends, and market landscape to make informed product decisions and influence the target state.
+ **Program Management:** Oversee business process mapping, critical path timelines, and capacity planning to ensure timely delivery of milestones and program objectives.
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Organize and lead cross-functional working groups, discovery workshops, and executive decision-making sessions to drive alignment and obtain stakeholder approvals.
+ **Go-to-Market Execution:** Oversee launch readiness, including field and service training, communications, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring seamless rollout and adoption.
+ **Risk Management & Reporting:** Identify, report, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the product lifecycle, providing regular updates to leadership and escalations as needed.
+ **Performance Measurement:** Establish and monitor key metrics, OKRs, and reporting requirements to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
**Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
+ 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy or Program Management roles.
+ Experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, Equity Compensation and/or Core Business activities.
+ Proven track record of leading end-to-end product journeys and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
+ Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience conducting market and industry analysis.
+ Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and high-impact solutions.
+ Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
+ Deep understanding of go-to-market execution, including launch readiness, training, communications, and adoption strategies.
+ Experience navigating legal, risk, compliance, and control frameworks within a large organization.
+ Advanced executive presentation and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information all audiences.
+ Proficiency with product journey mapping, and analytics.
**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**
+ Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to drive change, manage ambiguity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
+ Proficient in PowerPoint, Pitch Pro, and Excel.
