As a successful Project Manager, you will create a culture of excellence and an environment that meets a high standard of customer service.  You will support the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management business and the Chief Executive Officer, including prioritizing and executing on key strategic priorities and initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to manage a project end-to-end. You will work in a fast-paced environment, must be detail-oriented, & possess a strong ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the firm.  You must be strategic and innovative in your approach to the work.

 

Job responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will leverage your leadership and communication skills to:

Interface with senior executives on the leadership team and build relationships across various stakeholders to enable the business to achieve its objectives and to ensure initiatives are executed as planned in a properly controlled mannerBuild trust and rapport through all interactions to deliver the right outcomes for the business;  driving advisor and client mindset across all strategic initiativesProvide execution support for the business on key priorities and business activities with a quick turnaround for small to large projectsPrepare executive reports, presentations, and communications for a variety of audiences and constituents including Senior Management, and Leadership, among other stakeholdersStrong ability to “tell the story” and adjust approach for various audiencesDemonstrate deep understanding of CWM risk, control, and governance policies and processesDemonstrate self-motivation and a commitment to acquiring new knowledge and skills; seek to continuously improve standards of work, address opportunities for development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

At least 5 years of experience in financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or investments organizationsBachelor’s Degree requiredProactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables concurrently and execute within demanding deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact, influence, and collaborate effectively with all levels of organizationStrong executive storytelling and presentation skills in written form and verballyStrong judgement and ability to appropriately handle sensitive and sometimes confidential information. Deliver thoughtfully and expeditiously, while always remaining calmProficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Background in corporate strategy, management consulting or project management role preferredKnowledge of the Chase Wealth Management, Global Wealth Management, and/or Consumer Banking business models, organization structure and performance metrics preferred
