J.P. Morgan Wealth Management – Product Associate – Acquisitions & Workplace Strategies
The Acquisitions & Workplace Strategies Team is committed to delivering seamless, end-to-end experiences for JPMorgan Workplace Solutions corporate clients, participants, bankers, and financial advisors. As a Product Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the VP, Wealth Conversion Journey Lead in designing and executing target user journeys and solutions for bankers and financial advisors, ensuring initiatives are delivered from concept through launch. In this role, you will report progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders, while also escalating risks and issues through executive-level reporting to maintain transparency and facilitate timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Journey & Solution Design:Partner with the VP, Journey Lead, to design target user journeys and solutions for bankers and financial advisors, leveraging research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input to define best-in-class experiences.Business & Technology Alignment:
Translate business requirements into actionable product and technology deliverables by collaborating closely with product, technology, data, and design partners.Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with business, product, legal, risk, compliance, and controls teams to secure all necessary approvals and sign-offs for product features and go-to-market activities.Go-to-Market Execution:
Support all aspects of launch readiness, including field and advisor training, communications planning, and ensuring all bankers and financial advisors are informed of new features ahead of launch.Project Management:
Track and manage the product critical path, ensuring timely execution of key workstream tasks and escalation of risks or issues as needed.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate alignment across multiple product areas and lines of business, ensuring consistent delivery and transparency through executive-level reporting.Training & Communications:
Develop and deliver training materials and communications to support field readiness and adoption.Analytics & Reporting:
Establish and monitor feature OKRs, analytics, and reporting requirements to measure success and inform continuous improvement.Special Projects:
Lead or support special projects aligned with team and business priorities, driving effective execution and delivery.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.3+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, or Corporate Strategy roles.Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Equity Compensation and Core Business activities.Demonstrated consulting or strategy experience, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.Proven ability to coordinate firmwide initiatives and work across multiple lines of business.Advanced executive presentation creation skills, including storyboarding, content creation and visualization.Proficient in PowerPoint, Pitch Pro, and Excel.Expertise in Confluence, client journey mapping, and product management platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and meeting management skills.Proven track record of delivering high quality results within deadlines.Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with aggressive deadlines.Ability to take ambiguous objectives and define clear, actionable plans.
