J.P. Morgan Wealth Management- Executive Director, Business Transformation
**Business Transformation Office** executes critical change initiatives that create tangible value for clients and advisors in the $6B+ revenue Wealth Management business. Our transformation programs are sponsored by C-suite executives and span growth, regulatory, and location strategy. The team works cross-functionally with Senior Management, Front Office Advisors, Product Specialists, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Marketing to implement complex, transformational change. As an Executive Director within the Business Transformation Team, you will lead and work as part of a team on programs that impact our clients' experiences and perceptions of the firm. The team will be responsible for end-to-end delivery across the project life cycle and accountable to senior management for comprehensive program updates **Job responsibilities** + Drive the translation of the client or advisor experience strategy into tangible solutions + Define detailed processes, organizational structure and relevant roles and responsibilities required to implement changes + Establish processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulations + Guide and influence stakeholders towards strategic decision-making + Manage the transition from current to future state + Lead and support specific workstreams within individual programs and assist in the development and deployment of the strategic operating model of your assigned program + Conduct key workstream meetings or working groups with the Front Office, Product, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations and Technology + Contribute to the design and implementation of full operating models (e.g., organizational structures, governance, detailed processes, controls, and technology tools) + Lead highly skilled teams through project lifecycles by leveraging approaches in process re-engineering, organizational design, program and change management + Identify challenges, gaps and opportunities for improvement (and report findings in a simple, compelling way) + Organize related in-flight programs that cross-impact are dependent on your assigned workstream, project, or program **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management + Experience in strategic consulting, management consulting, process improvement + Demonstrated experience leading large scale, complex projects (planning, designing, documenting, communicating) + Financial services/business consultancy background + Familiarity with end-to-end bank infrastructure, including advisors, client service, product, technology, operations and controls **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + MBA (or equivalent) strongly preferred + Financial services/business consultancy background, preferably in Wealth Management + Digital transformation and client experience design experience preferred Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
