As a Supervisory Associate in the Discretionary Accounts Control Team, you drive solutions and partner with stakeholders to deliver impactful business initiatives. Your day-to-day efforts will include partnering with key stakeholders spanning onboarding, proposal, trade, billing, performance, risk, and compliance. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and a critical thinker and problem solver. Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain product roadmaps with clear feature and functionality timelines.Track releases and manage product governance, including product cabinet meetings.Lead agile ceremonies—daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives—to drive continuous delivery.Gather, document, and refine requirements as epics and user stories; facilitate solution‑focused discussions.Support engineering with timely clarifications and remove impediments to maintain momentum.Prioritize and groom the product backlog based on business cases and stakeholder input.Partner across product, proposal, trade, technology, risk, legal, compliance, and operations to manage resourcing, controls, readiness, and change while coordinating cross‑functional delivery across lines of business.
