As a Business Analyst within J.P. Morgan Advisors, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities while supporting Wealth Advisors and their clients. Job Responsibilities:
Demonstrate initiative in creating strategies for branch-level project execution and management initiativesOversee and manage onboarding processes for new Financial Advisors, including day one package delivery, client communications, and protocol adherenceTake ownership of employee offboarding, ensuring proper distribution of departing Financial Advisor’s book of businessCollaborate with Business-aligned functional areas to develop strategies that enhance communication and drive efficienciesIdentify and communicate efficiencies or inefficiencies to relevant leaders to support growth and developmentWork with Risk and Controls, Supervisory Management, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve Advisor/Client issues and requestsDesign and implement communication strategies for key initiatives, ensuring effective updates from Business-aligned functional areas to local management and front office
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to quickly learn firm systemsProven track record of following up and driving tasks from initiation to completionStrong communication skills with advisors, internal partners, and client associates; builds and sustains effective relationships while maintaining professionalism under pressureDemonstrated self-starter; able to work independently in demanding environmentsThrives in fast-paced settings; proactively identifies and addresses client needsMinimum 3 years' of experience in the financial services industryBachelor’s degree required
