Position: IWS Specialist

Location:      at Lat Krabang, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

At least 3 years of working experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry with a strong Ocean Freight Export background.Good command of English both spoken and written.Strong Ocean Freight Export especially Customer Services and Booking.Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification: -

Perform sea freight booking and booking optimization according to internal guidelines as defined by Product.Verify document in the scope of sea export (Creating a draft of shipping instructions, verifying B/L, and sending B/L to customer)Create and confirm transport orders to ensure pick up of the shipment at origin.
