IWS Maintenance Lead

 

   

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Lead in the Production Department of Xanthi factory for providing deep technical knowledge to support standard creation for loss elimination. Join our team and contribute to the success of our production processes!

 

Position:

 

 As the Maintenance Lead in the Production Department, you will

 

Be PM systems owner for assigned Cell Eliminate maintenance and breakdown-related losses Together with the rest of Cell Team, develop 24-hour action plans, set priority of team and allocate resources to support the plan Coach operating teams in technical aspects of equipment, to achieve the operational objectives of assigned Cell Implement TPM standards on assigned line

 

Requirements:

 

University or Technical Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or related science
studies & valid license Work experience in a similar position will be an asse IWS knowledge and experience will be preferred Good knowledge of English language Good knowledge of MS Office Knowledge of TPM standards; basics of Spare Parts management, knowledge of failure root cause analysis
