Thales is seeking a skilled and experienced IVVQ Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient preparation and execution of integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities, playing a crucial role in the success of our projects. This position requires a professional who excels in collaborative environments, is analytical and structured, and can effectively solve complex problems.
Responsibilities:
Define and ensure the overall IVVQ strategyEnsure test preparation and execution according to the strategyDefine the integration tree step-by-step, consistent with the system release plan.Identify necessary test equipment, including standard or specialized tools and any specific calibration requirements for each test activity.Plan, estimate, monitor, and control IVVQ activities.Identify enabling systems required to validate solutions, define operational scenarios, and establish validation criteria to objectively assess solution compliance.Satisfy customer expectations through meticulous planning and execution of test campaigns.Prepare test campaigns, execute tests, and analyze results.Manage the Writing and updating of integration and verification test proceduresMonitor Test ProgressEnsure correct verification of requirementsLead demonstrations to end customers.Able to manage the overall picture – From the integration of the different systems till the FAT and the HAT of the Mission SystemManage teams’ workload to ensure schedules are being adhered to; monitor the group performance KPIs and perform corrective actions when requiredResponsible for the baseline (budget, schedule, deliverables) definition and executionCoordinate IVVQ activities, establishing priorities and integration logical diagrams, conducting tests, analyzing results and transmitting them to development teamsTailor the IVVQ environment (process, practices and tools, HSE)Coordinate technical fault finding/errors (i.e. JIRA)Qualifications:
Master of Engineering degree in Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in engineering (design, development, tests).Competencies:
