Skills and Requirements Insight Global is looking for an IVR Engineer to join a growing financial services partner in the Des Moines Metro area. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with the Customer Experience stakeholders and developing solutions for IVR enhancements and solutions to enable the call center team. They will also be expected to understand telephony practices to ensure the best, most user friendly experience. This role will be compensated at a starting hourly rate of $60/HR.
