IVR Business Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Customer Experience/Digital Products group for one of our clients. This person will lead end-to-end requirement gathering for IVR initiatives from ideation to deployment. They will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, data and engineering teams. They will create BRDs to provide to technical teams ifor projects to maximize customer experience. This person should be a self-starter, learn the application and build flows on Visio. This job will be performed 4 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC. The pay is between 40-50/hr.
